The college is conveniently located between Granville St. and Burrard St. within blocks of numerous great restaurants, the Robson Street shopping district, the Granville Street entertainment district and other local attractions. Rhodes Wellness College is air conditioned and wheel chair accessible. Students have access to a small kitchen and food preparation area, as well as comfortable and accessible washrooms. The area around the college is unaffected by the Canada Line skytrain construction and is less than a 10 minute walk from both the Burrard and Granville skytrain stations. Directly in front of the building are local and suburban bus stops. Parking is available outside by parking meter or in numerous pay parking lots in the surrounding area.

Rhodes Wellness College is located on the second floor of an upbeat and contemporary highrise in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. The college features its own entrance and elevator on the north side of the building (Helmcken Street entrance).
