Rhodes Wellness College: A National Leader in Wellness Education and Life Coach Certification

Providing studio and classroom spaces designed for dancers, seminars, workshops and presentations, Rhodes Wellness College is located in #280 - 1125 Howe St. (at Helmcken St.) in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

The college is on the second floor of an upbeat and contemporary highrise and features its own entrance and elevator on the north side of the building.

The college is conveniently located between Granville St. and Burrard St. within blocks of numerous great restaurants, the Robson Street shopping district, the Granville Street entertainment district and other local attractions.

Rhodes Wellness College is air conditioned and wheel chair accessible. Also at the college are 4 washrooms (2 womens, 2 mens) and a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and small food preparation area.

Transportation

The area around the college is unaffected by the Canada Line skytrain construction and is less than a 10 minute walk from both the Burrard and Granville skytrain stations. Directly in front of the building are local and suburban bus stops.

Parking

Parking is available outside by parking meter or pay parking across the street at the Holiday Inn.

Security

To improve the safety and comfort of people using the facilities on evenings and weekends, access to the building is restricted outside of regular business hours. People attending or participating in your event can access the facilities through an intercom located next to the Rhodes Wellness College entrance.

There is also space inside of the entrance to position a greeter or host to register and welcome event participants.

Facilities Available for Rent

There are four studio spaces available for rent. These spaces feature hardwood floors, mirrors and natural light. They are ideal for dance, workshops, meetings and presentations. Studios 1 and 2 are the largest studio spaces and can be combined (by removing the collapsable wall) to form a single large studio space ideal for larger gatherings, workshops or classes. Rooms 3 and 4 are smaller and provide a more intimate atmosphere.

Upon confirming the availability of the space you would like to rent, you will be required to sign a rental contract, release of liability and provide a 50% deposit.

Cash, VISA, Mastercard and Debit are accepted during regular business hours.
