The course is designed to provide students with a broad range of basic and advanced methods of professional development, delivery and evaluation of adult educational training initiatives. The course combines the principles of adult learning and group management dynamics for effective training programs. Students will achieve proficiency in running groups, developing and delivering workshops, designing and teaching pre-existing course curriculum. Students will also take one-on-one service delivery to a group format.
