If you are like many students, financing your education may be the most challenging part of pursuing career training. At Rhodes Wellness College, we will work with you to develop a tuition and funding plan that works for you. We will work with you to tailor your tuition payments to match the sources, and timing, of your funding. Even if you believe that you cannot afford to go to school, we recommend that you come in for an admissions consultation so that we can discuss some of the numerous sources of funding that may be available to you. In addition to regular public and private student loans, there are numerous government programs in place for students with low incomes, dependants, or who are in need of career retraining for a variety of reasons. As a PCTIA registered and accredited institution, our students can qualify for the same government funding, student loans and grants as students attending public colleges and universities. At Rhodes Wellness College you receive significantly more classroom time and training over the course of a semester than you would at a public institution. This intense training means that you will finish faster and be more qualified to make an immediate impact in the work force. Also, since Rhodes College is private, we are able to change and adapt our curriculum to meet the needs of employers and industry faster than public institutions. BursariesRhodes Wellness College sets aside funds each year to assist students in need. Bursaries are generally awarded to students have have pursued all other avenues of funding and still have unmet need. Other Scholarships Student Loan InformationStudent loans are a great tool to use when you decide to invest in your future. Government student loans for full-time students do not require repayment during the study period and automatically qualify many students for government grants and other forms of assistance. If you are from outside of British Columbia or Canada, our Admissions Department will assist you in applying for funding from student assistance agencies where you live. Another resource that is rarely utilized is private student loans. Most major banks and credit unions offer special terms and preferential rates for students. Ask your bank or credit union for details on how to apply for their programs. International StudentsAs a private college, we offer international students the same tuition rates as Canadian citizens and landed immigrants. International students may also qualify for a bursary or scholarship from Rhodes Wellness College. Other Funding Sources
