The 10 Day Wellness Challenge is a program designed for those who want to live a more vibrant life. It has been designed using components found in a real course offered through Rhodes Wellness College. Based in part on WELL 220-Lifestyle Management and Program Planning, this program consists of 50 actions and attitude shifts – five to be completed each day. The goal is to establish and solidify healthy habits and help you to develop a more vibrant life. It is designed to be taken alone or with the help of a coach or friend.
 

Lifestyle Management is becoming an increasingly popular area of study and practice for people involved in the Coaching, Counselling and Wellness Industry.

 After you sign up for this free email program, you will receive a general welcome email (that includes a link to the first day of the 10 Day Wellness Challenge if you can’t wait to get started) and a wellness challenge email every day for the next 10 days! Please note you don’t need to complete a challenge every day – as some may take several days or even weeks to complete.
