Hello, I'm Elizabeth, RTC-C! Healing is a journey—and you don’t have to walk it alone. I support youth (16+), young adults and couples with a grounded, trauma-informed, and body-aware approach. My practice blends the insight of talk therapy with the restorative power of nature-based and movement practices—because healing isn’t just a conversation, it’s a full-body experience. In our time together, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space that honors your autonomy, intuition, and lived experience. Whether you're feeling stuck in patterns, seeking deeper intimacy, or longing for clarity amid a life shift, we work gently and intentionally toward reconnection—with yourself, with others, and with the parts of you that may have been tucked away for safety. I'm a counsellor based in Salmon Arm, BC, offering both counselling and coaching services tailored to individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, and identity exploration. My approach is rooted in integrative and person-centred modalities, drawing from narrative therapy, IFS, mindfulness practices, and somatic techniques to support meaningful change. I provide services for individuals and couples online across Canada, and in person in the Salmon Arm area.
