I am an old soul, modern-day woman, Mother, Ayurvedic Wellness Counsellor and entrepreneur. I believe in living your truth. My calling is that people experience connection, health and Wellness by deepening their relationship to themselves through body, mind, Spirit and the power of Community. Through meditation, yoga, living cyclically as a Woman and fully embodying a holistic life, I believe it is everyones birthright to be thriving - not just surviving. My thirst for knowledge and education has brought me to the ancient practices and eternal wisdom of Ayurveda, nutrition, energetics and lifestyle habits. I bring a combination of profound understanding, empathy and intuitive knowing to help support my clients reach for their dreams.. whatever those may be.
