About
Professional profile
Curious and artistic by nature, I’ve always been interested in the big existential questions and complexities of the human mind and spirit.
My life journey continues to include studies and practices in the diverse fields of spirituality, psychology, personal development and the arts. In the last 10 years, end-of-life, grief and relational trauma have particularly captivated me. It led me to deepen my knowledge and gain certifications in Life, Grief and End-of-Life Coaching. I’m presently in the process of completing a relational trauma-informed coaching certification.
While studying for a Death Doula and Home Funeral Guide certification, my closest friend was diagnosed with cancer. In spite of my grief, I was privileged to have been so close to her on this journey. Witnessing her experience as she lived so many little deaths along the way, I supported her preparations to conclude her life in this form with dignity. A transformational experience for me, it also affirmed how I felt called for this most important work.
May it be to find clarity and solutions to life issues, solace through grief experiences or end-of-life preparations, I welcome the opportunity to meet and talk with you about what is closest to your heart.
