We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.
I provide compassionate, holistic support to help clients heal, grow, and build deeper connections with themselves and others. My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle and transformative approach that helps clients understand and harmonize their inner parts. Having found IFS profoundly helpful in my own journey, I bring personal insight into my practice. I also draw on my background in yoga, mindfulness meditation, and spiritual practices, along with somatic therapy and cognitive behavioural techniques, tailoring each session to fit what feels right for each client. As a life coach, I support clients in navigating personal and professional challenges, offering practical tools to bring more clarity, balance, and well-being into their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-focused, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their strengths and discover new possibilities.
