Rhodes Alumni Counsellor & Life Coach Directory

We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.

Biography

As a Counsellor and a Certified Trauma Professional I focus on the unique and overall wellness of each individual client and take a client centered holistic approach. I have helped clients achieve their desired life path while supporting them through challenges such as processing trauma, major life events, ending of a relationship, and/or anxiety to name a few. I’ve also helped them to identify their strengths and re-authoring the stories, values or beliefs that no longer serve them. With tools and support, I can help you overcome obstacles, realize your potential and achieve your goals.

Each session is tailored to your needs or goals and is collaborative. The type of counselling I use could include, but is not limited to, Trauma healing and processing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Somatic Therapy and might be mixed with meditation or grounding techniques.

The body has so much to tell us and I am always curious about this.

I understand that reaching out for counselling can be a daunting task and it is my goal to make it as seamless as possible. Scheduling a free 15 minute phone consultation is a great place to start. During this time you can get to know me, see if I am a good fit and ask any questions you may have. You can also visit my website to learn more at amyocoin.com.
