I specialize in nutritional coaching and customized meal plans. I am also a Breathwork coach. I enjoy promoting a rest and digest mentality by taking the stress out of meal planning. Offering plans catered to the clients personal needs. I enjoy promoting healthy breathing and using Breathwork to regulate the body’s systems.
