My mind and body studies began with a degree in physical education which led to anthropology, Buddhist psychology and merged with yoga philosophy and teaching. And in key challenges of my life, I have received emotional support through counselling therapy that deepened and complimented mindfulness practices. Biography
As a counselling therapist, I offer you unconditional positive regard and a safe space to investigate your current challenges and personal growth through the trauma informed modalities of cognitive behaviour therapy and narrative therapy combined with somatic explorations and active imagination.
