All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Continuing to learn and take new courses each year is a valuable asset for both the business and our clients. This year, I completed my Level 1 Gottman Couples training and Parts work. These modalities are something I will keep with me for a lifetime. We offer all kinds of counselling and feel that at this time we will take it case by case. We believe that each individual is unique and if something is out of our scope we will happily refer our clients. We use Parts Work, CBT, DBT, Understanding Attachment Styles, Narrative and Somatic We offer both Counselling and Coaching We offer on line and in person sessions Kelowna British Columbia

Biography
I work as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and hold a Diploma in Counselling. I am thoroughly enjoying the journey my practice has taken me on, as I learn something new from each client I see. It is profound to witness the strong desire for healing in the world and how lives can be transformed. I feel blessed beyond words to have the ability to positively influence others.
