As the demand for end-of-life support continues to rise, trained professionals like you play a vital role in providing compassionate care and assistance to those facing grief, loss, and death. By becoming an End-of-Life Doula, you can make a meaningful difference in your community, offering essential emotional, spiritual, and logistical support to individuals and families during their time of need.
Our curriculum fosters individual reflection and self-care in navigating topics such as death, dying, grief, and loss, equipping students to provide vital support throughout life’s transitions. Upon completion, graduates emerge as certified End-of-Life Doulas, ready to offer coaching, facilitate support groups, conduct workshops, and guide clients in practical, emotional, and spiritual preparation for the end-of-life.
Program Highlights
Flexible Online Learning: Study from anywhere with our convenient online platform. Attend class online just twice per week (three hours each class), for 24 weeks to obtain your certificate.
Comprehensive Curriculum: Our program focuses on professional coaching skills so you can provide solace and care to your clients. It also provides grief and loss training and training on the logistics of death and dying.
Experienced Instructors: Benefit from the guidance of experienced instructors who are passionate about end-of-life care and support.
Practical Experience: Gain hands-on experience through practical exercises, case studies, and experiential scenarios, and then receive a guided mentorship at the end of the program that allows you to explore end-of-life areas that interest you.
Flexible Payment Options: Unlike many programs where all tuition is due before the program starts, student can choose to pay monthly (interest-fee).
Membership: With your End-of-Life Certificate, with an additional 40 hours experience in end of life care / planning and experience helping 3 clients you can become eligible to join the End of Life Doula Association of Canada.

End-of-Life Doula: Provide one-on-one support to individuals and families during the dying process.
